Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 18, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of WaterRestore Pro (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Nature of Service & Broker Role

WaterRestore Pro is an independent emergency disaster restoration dispatch network. WaterRestore Pro connects homeowners and commercial property managers throughout nationwide metropolitan service corridors with licensed, insured, and IICRC-certified local disaster restoration contractors. All physical water extraction, structural drying, and microbial remediation is performed directly by certified regional service partners.

WaterRestore Pro operates solely as an emergency referral and dispatch coordinator. We do not directly provide trade contracting, plumbing, or structural engineering services. All contracts, warranties, representations, work authorizations, and insurance assignments are executed directly between you and the independent certified contractor dispatched to your property.

3. Estimates, Insurance & Pricing

Because the extent of water intrusion, moisture migration, and contamination varies substantially between structures, information provided over the phone or online constitutes preliminary evaluation only. Official estimates, scope of work, and dry standards must be assessed on-site by certified technicians following psychrometric testing. You remain solely responsible for any applicable homeowners insurance deductibles or non-covered repairs.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WaterRestore Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, or delays of any independent third-party contractor dispatched through our service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
